The 2025 Realtor/Builder Trade Show, held Oct. 17 at UNF’s Adam E. Herbert University Center, featured more than 50 booths showcasing the best in Northeast Florida’s real estate and building industries. There were lots of swag and prizes, a $500 grand prize giveaway, cash bar and costume fun. Attendees were encouraged to dress as characters from “Alice in Wonderland.”
