Trailmark to host ‘Summerpalooza’ celebration May 19


Trailmark is kicking off the summer season with its “Summerpalooza” celebration on May 19.

“TrailMark’s ‘SummerPalooza’ promises to be an incredible community event for everyone in Northeast Florida and we cannot wait to see you there,” said GreenPointe Communities Marketing Director Gaynelle James. “Everyone is welcome to attend our family-friendly event and celebrate the upcoming summer season.”

TrailMark’s “SummerPalooza” will feature food trucks, live music and games for all ages, including Monkey Motion bungee rides, Human Hamster Balls, a Mega Obstacle Course, a  Double Lane Giant Slide and Foot Darts. There will be a plant sale, a farmer’s market and live music from the TJ Brown Band. Featured food will be offered by Smokin BBQ, Mother Truckin Pizza, Alma Fusion and Kona Ice food trucks. Event attendees can also enjoy a special display by chainsaw carver Chris Lantz of Extreme Sculpting. The SummerPalooza will also feature face painting, prizes, giveaways and more.

While at the SummerPalooza, guests are invited to explore TrailMark’s parks and trails, full amenities center with beach-entry pool and model homes. Located in St. Johns County, TrailMark is a recreation-rich neighborhood where residents can live life connected with nature and with your community.

Homes are priced from the $200s to the $500s. TrailMark is zoned for Nease High School, Pacetti Bay Middle School and Picolata Crossing Elementary School, which is adjacent to TrailMark.
