Watson Realty Corp. is celebrating its 60th anniversary now through June 30, 2026.
Founded by William A. Watson Jr., Watson Realty Corp. has grown from a single-office brokerage into one of the region’s leading real estate firms. Over six decades, the family-owned company has expanded to 41offices with more than 950 sales associates, maintaining a strong reputation for integrity, innovation and customer-centric values.
2025 also marks a major leadership transition for the company.
Earlier this year, William “Bill” Watson III, son of the founder, assumed the role of president of Watson Realty Corp. following the retirement of longtime President Ed Forman. Bill Watson III is a 27-year veteran of Watson’s real estate and mortgage enterprises and represents the next generation of family leadership guiding the brokerage into its seventh decade.

A decade ago, during Watson Realty Corp.’s 50th anniversary, the company was already charting an ambitious growth path. In 2015, Watson Realty expanded its footprint with new offices like the Nocatee Town Center location, underscoring a pattern of steady expansion. Since then, Watson Realty has continued to broaden its reach across Florida and into southern Georgia, offering a full spectrum of real estate services from residential and luxury homes to commercial sales and property management.
Most recently, the company broke ground on its newest location in Viera, Florida, in late 2023, further strengthening its presence on the Space Coast and affirming its commitment to smart, strategic growth.
At the same time, the brokerage embraced industry changes by adopting new technologies and training its team to stay ahead of market trends.
