The annual Legacy Trust Ponte Vedra Beach Home & Art Tour was a tremendous success this year. Not only did attendance peak, but the diversity of the featured homes’ decor truly made this year’s home tour one of a kind.
Nearly 1,000 people attended this year’s tour, raising $45,000 for the programs of the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach. Nearly everybody can take a hand from this fundraiser as it really shows the significance of this event.
Not only was the Legacy Trust Home Tour a success, but the tour offered every type of home you could possibly think of, starting with the Gundlach home and its sleek, modern style crafted by designer Mark Macco. This home featured many special elements, including the beautiful futuristic table tops.
If you admire a stunning ocean view and one of a kind antiques, then the Bushong home would suit you quite well. The color scheme is light and blissful, which really complements the oceanfront feeling. Bright colors, unique murals, and warmth abound in the Roache home. Yet another visitor favorite, the Roache home contains an extremely colorful palette that pleases the eye – from red to violet, just about every color you can name is featured in this home.
Moving on, the Eivas home, located in Marsh Landing, has its own European vibe and a very spacious open concept. Like the Bushong home, this home features beautiful views. The kitchen is one highlight as it is very practical and elegant topped off with a sparkling chandelier.
Beautiful wooden ceiling beams, stunning furniture, and fun little knickknacks characterize the Turner home. This West Indies inspired home is absolutely breathtaking. It features many wooden accents that add character, giving this home a cozy feeling.
All in all, the homes were very diverse and walking through each and every door created a new perspective on home design.
