Thompson receives Ameriprise Client Experience Award

Grenier joins local real estate firm

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty recently welcomed Jim Grenier to the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office. Grenier moved to Northeast Florida from Colorado where he and his wife sold real estate for about five years.

He served in the military for most of his career and decided to move to Florida with his wife about a year ago. He feels it is important to him to work with a brokerage that has the training, support, and tools to help him succeed, which in turn allows him to be a valuable resource for his clients.

Miller named executive vice president

The Board of Directors of England-Thims & Miller Inc. (ETM) has announced the appointment of two leaders to new executive vice president roles, positioning the infrastructure and development consulting firm for continued growth. Buckley K. Williams, CCCA, is now the executive vice president of public infrastructure, and George Miller, P.E., of Ponte Vedra has been promoted to the role of executive vice president of the firm’s construction engineering and inspection (CEI) division.
Miller started with the firm as a senior project engineer in January of 2022, following nearly two decades of progressive CEI leadership experience in Florida. During his career, he has completed and led more than $1 billion in complex roadway, bridge and aviation projects across the Southeast. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University.

ETM supports a range of public and private sector projects in Florida.

Coban joins local real estate firm

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty has welcomed JC Coban to the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office.

Coban is a former collegiate athlete (baseball) who played for Penn State and later graduated from the University of Tampa. He relocated last summer to the Ponte Vedra area from New Orleans and has enjoyed exploring the various communities in Northeast Florida. Coban is an entrepreneur at heart having invented and patented a post shoulder surgery shirt for patients required to wear a sling.  After college, he worked in debt recovery, gaining valuable experience in customer relations.
