ICI Homes’ new Serena model is open in the master-planned community of Tamaya (www.TamayaFL.com), where the company is building a new “Street of Dreams” model row planned for opening in 2017.
Seven luxury models are available for prospective homebuyers to view in Phase I and are for sale furnished and unfurnished, with a lease-back option or delayed closing options.
“Our original builder model homes at Tamaya present a unique opportunity for buyers who want to buy now at today’s prices and move-in later,” ICI Homes North Florida Division President Don Wilford said. “One of our original models has already sold and we anticipate the remaining model homes will sell quickly.”
Tamaya’s original Phase I neighborhood, Bella Nina, where floor plans start at 1,979 square feet, is nearly sold out. ICI has three move-in ready homes available for buyers on a faster timetable.
ICI Homes’ new model, located in Tamaya’s new Bella Nika neighborhood, showcases the Serena plan. Offering four bedrooms and a home office, the Serena features open spaces that connect the kitchen, dining, entertainment and outdoor living areas together. The home is decorated by Sisler Johnston Interior Design and showcases a relaxed contemporary style with a cool neutral color palette highlighted by emerald green and topaz accents.
ICI Homes’ customizable floor plans in Bella Nika start at 1,800 square feet. The new neighborhood offers a variety of home sites, including 50-foot-wide, 60-foot-wide and 75-foot-wide sites as well as 85-foot-wide sites, making Tamaya accessible to a larger number of home buyers.
Tamaya’s new grand entrance fronting Beach Boulevard and the Tamaya Residents Club are both taking shape and on target for opening in late fall. Designed exclusively for homeowners, the $11 million Residents Club will feature a resort-style pool and outdoor recreation areas, including tennis and an event lawn.
