Three of Mattamy Homes’ RiverTown models are currently being featured in the 2017 Parade of Homes, which began April 22.

Presented by the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA), the Parade of Homes showcases the best in newly built homes in the region. Running through April 30, the event provides citizens the opportunity to tour a number of model homes throughout the Greater Jacksonville area.

“We are very proud of our new decorated models at RiverTown and excited to take part in this important industry event,” said Cliff Nelson, division president of Mattamy Homes. “The Parade of Homes provides the perfect opportunity to showcase Mattamy’s thoughtful design approach and RiverTown’s stunning beauty and charm. I encourage everyone to visit RiverTown during the Parade and see all that we have to offer.”

The RiverTown models featured in the event include the Egret, the Beauclair and the Iris, which range in size from 1,860 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet. In general, more than 30 home designs, including new floorplans and homesites, are available at RiverTown with prices starting in the $240,000s.
