St. Marys Waterfront Park will play host to a new series titled “Starry Nights, Music in the Park,” beginning Saturday, May 13 from 6 to 8 p.m. The premiere will follow the KBAY St. Marys Street Fair and feature a performance by Michael Hulett, whose performance features a mix of classic, jazz, soul and rock. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs to this free event.
Subsequent performances in the series will include shows by rock, blues and soul group The Bluff 5 Band on June 10, Southern soul artists Jamie Renee and the Walkers on July 8, St. Marys-based high school cover band Harbor on Aug. 12 and blue grass band Back from the Brink on Sept. 9.
