The YMCA celebrated the completion of the first day of tournament action at THE PLAYERS Championship May 11 with its 5th annual benefit concert.
Held at Nocatee’s Crosswater Hall adjacent to the community’s popular Splash Water Park, “The After Partee” featured a pool party theme complete with beach balls and nautical decorations. In addition to hors d’oeuvres and refreshments, guests enjoyed music from The Chris Thomas Band, DJ E.L. and Jordyn Stoddard. The event also offered a silent auction, wine drawing and more.
Proceeds from the event benefited the Y’s Safety Around Water drowning prevention program, which teaches children water safety skills.
