The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors celebrated its largest class of Leadership Academy graduates during its 2024 Awards and Installation Gala on Jan. 4 at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront Hotel.
During the graduation ceremony, 2023 President Diana Galavis presented each of the 20 Leadership Academy candidates with a diploma and a special pin.
NEFAR’s Leadership Academy is a rigorous, yearlong program that is designed to train emerging leaders in how to become more involved in NEFAR activities. Through the program, candidates learn to grow their businesses, expand their leadership skills, develop a sense of camaraderie with their peers and make a difference within the extended real estate community.
