Adam B. Edgecombe joins Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman

Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, continuing its Florida expansion, recently announced that Adam B. Edgecombe has joined as counsel in its litigation practice group, practicing in the Ponte Vedra Beach and Jacksonville offices.

 

Edgecombe's practice focuses on business litigation, with an emphasis on commercial litigation, construction litigation, landlord-tenant issues and creditors' rights. He has broad experience in residential and commercial lease negotiations and disputes and construction issues, including successfully resolving pre-suit construction lien issues for both construction professionals and homeowners. He also focuses on lien enforcement and contract disputes between contractors and subcontractors and representation of condominium and homeowners associations, including preservation and prosecution of lien rights and foreclosure defense.

Edgecombe has lived in Jacksonville for almost 40 years. He is a graduate of The Bolles School, where he currently serves on the Alumni Board of Directors. He received his Bachelors and Masters of Science at the University of Florida and J.D. at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville. He is also active in several professional and trade organizations, including serving on various boards and committees for those organizations.
