Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, a Buffalo, New York-based law firm, announced the opening of its new Ponte Vedra Beach office as part of the firm’s continued growth. Located at 822 U.S. Highway A1A North, Suite 100, the new firm’s newest office will be led by Christopher A. Walker.
“In recent years, the firm has been focused on expanding our legal services to anticipate and meet our clients’ needs through the addition of new talent and opening offices in new markets,” Managing Partner Kevin J. Cross said. “Chris was an attorney with us prior to his relocation to Florida. We saw an opportunity to expand our operations into Florida and have him lead our fifth office.”
Walker assists companies across the United States with corporate matters, including formations, operations, sales or dispositions, contract matters and sophisticated mergers and acquisitions. He also focuses a portion of his practice on commercial real estate transactions, and has successfully closed on more than $500 million in real estate acquisitions and financing matters.
Andrew C. Bolender also joins Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman’s new office as an associate. He represents individuals and commercial clients on their corporate and transactional matters, providing services for all stages of the corporate life cycle. Having previously worked for global and regional financial institutions, he has extensive knowledge of banking and financial services laws, regulations and corporate compliance.
In addition to its new Florida office, Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman has offices in Buffalo, New York; Albany, New York; New York City and Burlington, Ontario, Canada.
