Cathy Dibble Raef, a beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away in Fort Worth, Texas on March 7, 2025, just shy of her 74th birthday. Born in Dallas, Texas, on March 9, 1951, Cathy was a proud graduate of Lake Highlands High School, where her vibrant personality and warmth first shone through.
Cathy is survived by her devoted sister, Patti Irvin, and her two cherished sons, Eric Raef and Ben Raef who graduated from Nease High School.
Known for her friendly nature, Cathy never met a stranger. Her love for the beach was matched only by her passion for engaging conversations. She lived and worked in Ponte Vedra from 1993 to 2015.
Cathy’s spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
