Davidson Realty celebrates 2017’s top agents, staff at annual “Davie” awards

Davidson Realty honored its top performing agents and staff at the firm’s annual awards event, “The Davies” on Saturday, Jan. 27 at its headquarters in World Golf Village.

“I could not be more pleased with our fantastic agents and supportive employees,” said Sherry Davidson, president of Davidson Realty. “These professionals bring a new meaning to hard work and dedication.”

Realtor Mirtha Barzaga was given the company’s Triple Crown, including top producer, top listing agent and top seller. She finished the year with more than $11 million in production. Suzy Evans took second place with $7 million and Shelley Nemethy, Candy Gil and Margherite Myers each finished 2017 with $5.5 million.

The President’s Award went to graphic designer and marketing assistant Matt Burkhart. Agents Matt Roberts and Rebecca Schaffer each took Rookie of the Year.

Davidson added new team Davies, including Top Agent Team (Ann Kuss and Jeanie Oehrle) and Top Rookie Team (Dana Usrey and Vern Shadowen). 

Davidson Property Management’s Davies went to Terri Apodaca (most rentals), Kevin Karn (rookie with most rentals) and Jennifer Todd (most properties referred from Davidson Realty).
