MasterCraft Builder Group’s craftsmanship has been recognized once again. The semi-custom homebuilder and community developer with deep roots in Northeast Florida was recently awarded Gold and Silver for two of its model homes in this year’s St. Johns County Parade of Homes.

This recognition came the same evening that MasterCraft was also awarded “Best Home Builder” in St. Augustine Record’s 2020 “Best of” contest for the second year in a row.

“Parade of Homes is always an exciting time for MasterCraft to show off our latest design styles, floor plan features and quality of construction,” said Chris Shee, CEO and founder of MasterCraft Builder Group. “We strive to design and build homes for the way you live — not just to fit the number of rooms in any particular square footage range. We always receive such wonderful feedback from the judges, and this year was no different. We are grateful to again be an award-winning homebuilder in the Parade of Homes.”

Each year, St. Johns Builders Council hosts the annual St. Johns Parade of Homes, which ran this year from Aug. 29 through Sept. 13. This year’s home tour included more than 75 model homes throughout Northeast Florida, with MasterCraft receiving first-place gold for its Thomas Plus model in TrailMark ($710,000-$720,000 range), as well as silver for their Grayson model in SilverLeaf Village ($750,000-$775,000 range). MasterCraft Builder Group has won gold and silver awards for St. Johns Parade of Homes the past three years, including the overall “Pick of Parade” award in 2019.

“MasterCraft designs homes for the way modern families live” Shee said. “Ultimately, these awards are a true testament to our promise, building homes with true craftsmanship, using only the best quality methods and materials, and giving back to the St. Johns County community.”
