NAI Hallmark, a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm in Jacksonville, has announced the sale of the property at 5801 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville.
NAI Hallmark Senior Vice President Daniel Burkhardt and Managing Partner Keith Goldfaden represented the seller, C & C Jax Investors. The buyer, a private investor, purchased the property for $3,649,000.
“This is a newly constructed Chipotle with a 15-year absolute NNN lease opening soon,” said Daniel Burkhardt, senior vice president at NAI Hallmark. “We continue to see robust investor demand for high-quality, well-located NNN properties in Northeast Florida.”
The 2,425-square-foot Chipotle’s prototype with a drive-through is located along Beach Boulevard, one of Jacksonville’s major east-west corridors and one of the most trafficked roads in Jacksonville. Situated on a 0.91-acre outparcel, this Chipotle features a “Chipotlane,” an exclusive and modernized drive-through experience that delivers the most efficient experience possible to Chipotle customers.
The property also has four EVgo electric vehicle charging stations, an amenity that will attract more customers and serve as an additional income source to the buyer.
