Are you feeling frustrated by technology, such as how to use your laptop or your phone? Ponte Vedra Beach Branch Library’s tech volunteer David Ross is here to help! Bring your device and your questions. Ross can help you one-on-one with your tech, including iPhone and Android cell phones or tablets, PC and Mac laptops, and Nook and Kindle readers.
Marine Conservation in Northeast Florida

Dr. Gerson Yessin Music Series Presents the Grass Menagerie

Grass Menagerie was formed nine years ago for audiences desiring the bluegrass feel, but with an added factor — variety! The instrumentation lends itself to strict bluegrass rooted music, but the music selection takes it to another level by including jazz, pop, rock and county covers.
Sisterhood of the Traveling Plants
1-3 p.m. May 17
The Sisterhood of the Traveling Plants duo will feature beautiful spring arrangements created with flowers, fruits and vegetables of the season. They will also demonstrate flower-arranging designs that you can participate in! This class is designed for adults looking to learn the basics. With its gentle learning curve and charming sound, the ukulele is the ideal instrument for adults of all ages to pick up and play. FOL Speaker Series Presents Rona Brinlee, “What Should I Read Next?”

Rona Brinlee will present “What Should I Read Next?” After completing her Ph.D. at Columbia University, she was hired to establish an anthropology department at UNF. She then worked for the government in environmental resources protection before becoming a bookstore owner. The BookMark in Neptune Beach will celebrate its 35th birthday this year.
