Ponte Vedra Wine Bar and Restaurant opened its doors on Monday, Oct. 13, at 262 Solana Road, Ponte Vedra Beach. The wine bar and restaurant is a place where people can connect and enjoy a glass of wine with a delicious meal.
The wine bar and restaurant is inviting and eye-catching. Beautiful murals of native birds line the walls and the furniture and dining space feature exciting pops of pink and green. There are also several fun photo opportunities for taking pictures with family and friends. In addition to the vibrant space, the staff creates a welcoming atmosphere.
The restaurant is open for brunch, lunch and dinner. Delectable brunch dishes such as shrimp and grits and avocado toast are available, along with bottomless mimosas. The lunch menu offers a variety of delicious flatbreads, handhelds and salads. The dinner menu is full of tasty appetizers such as seared scallops, tuna tartes and stuffed mushrooms and mouthwatering mains, including citrus bourbon salmon, beef short rib and pistachio crusted ahi tuna.
A generous selection of wine and craft cocktails are available for the perfect pairing.
“I bring my family traditions and style into every dish, as if I’m preparing it for my own family,” said Executive Chef Niko Delgado.
Owner and pastry chef Samantha Munn said she was encouraged to open The Ponte Vedra Wine Bar and Restaurant by friends who wanted “something like this” in the area. In the near future, the wine bar will host wine club events, wine pairing dinners, bourbon dinners and a Galentines event.
“Keep an eye on social media for all future events,” Munn said.
