A group of fifth-graders from PVPV Rawlings won second place in the state Friday, Oct. 30, in the animation category of the Jim Harbin Student Media Festival in Orlando. They made a stop-motion animation video called “The Chase” as fourth-graders in Ms. Garcia’s class last year.
