Rogers Towers elects Meux, Worman to board of directors


Rogers Towers, P.A. has announced the election of shareholders Joseph Clay Meux Jr. and Cheryl L. Worman to the firm’s board of directors.

Meux, who has been with Rogers Towers since 2011, earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law (’94) and his Bachelor of Arts from Jacksonville University (’91). He focuses his practice on representing clients throughout Florida in elder law, estate planning, wills and trusts, probate litigation and administration, guardianship litigation and administration and real estate and commercial matters. He has been listed on the Florida Super Lawyers list for elder law since 2014.

Worman has been with the firm since 1993 and has more than 20 years of experience helping clients resolve disputes in Florida’s construction industry. She earned her Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from Stetson University College of Law (’93) and her Bachelor of Arts from University of West Florida (’87). Worman is board-certified in construction law from The Florida Bar and has received an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubble. She has received a variety of honors, including being listed in: Florida Super Lawyers (construction litigation), 2009-2017; Florida Super Lawyers, Top 50 Women, 2016; Florida Trend Magazine, “Legal Elite” (construction), 2012-2014, 2016; and The Best Lawyers in America (construction law), 2018.

Meux and Worman are replacing shareholders G. Kenneth Norrie and Michael A. Wodrich, who both served for many dedicated years on the firm’s board of directors. Meux and Worman will join Fred D. Franklin Jr., current chairman of the board, managing director and shareholder, along with other board members and shareholders Christine T. Adams and Wyman R. Duggan.
