Save Guana Now will host a fundraising gala April 8 from 5 to 9 p.m. at a private home in Ponte Vedra Beach to benefit the advocacy group’s conservation efforts.
Just a few tickets remain for the event, which will feature live music and a silent auction. A Mangroves-catered dinner of beef roast in a beef jus and wine reduction sauce, seared crab cakes with remoulade sauce, calypso chicken breast cutlets in coconut lime butter sauce, organic greens salad, organic braised green beans, garlic herb new potatoes, dessert and assorted appetizers will also be served. Admission is $60 per person, $40 of which is tax deductible. Ticket price includes beer and wine.
