The St. Johns County Fire Rescue has joined forces with the St. Johns County Falls Prevention Coalition to host Walk Steady, a safe walk for older adults to celebrate National Falls Prevention Awareness Day.
To be held from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 10, the event will take place at Brooks Rehabilitation located at 190 Southpark Blvd. in St. Augustine. Activities will include fall screens, vendors and food.
