In celebration of tournament week and Mother’s Day, babies born through May 14 at Baptist Health (including newborns in the care of the Wolfson Children’s Hospital Newborn Intensive Care Units at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville and Baptist Medical Center South) will receive a “future champion” baby onesie and a fleece receiving blankets from THE PLAYERS Championship. The special gift will come with a hand-signed congratulatory note from Jared Rice, the tournament’s executive director.
In addition, on Mother’s Day, May 14, gift baskets from THE PLAYERS Championship will be delivered to the mother of the first baby born on the holiday at each Baptist Health hospital, including Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville, Baptist Medical Center South, Baptist Medical Center Beaches and Baptist Medical Center Nassau.
