AS IF! The 90’s Fest has announced its full musical line-up and other far-out details for its third annual festival that’s sure to be “all that” and a bag of chips. All things rad will take over Francis Field, 25 W. Castillo Drive, in downtown St. Augustine from 1 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, May 20.

Here’s the schedule:

  • 1-1:35 p.m. — Says Who, a female five-piece out of Jacksonville bringing the pop sounds of summer.
  • 1:50-2:40 p.m. — Longview: A Tribute to Green Day, a tribute band playing American rock anthems like “Boulevard of Broken Dreams,” “Basket Case” and “21 Guns.”
  • 3-4 p.m. — Subliminal Doubt: A Tribute to No Doubt, a tribute band playing iconic pop tunes such as “Don’t Speak,” “Just a Girl” and “It’s My Life.”
  • 4:20-5 p.m. — Heart-Shaped Box: A Tribute to Nirvana, a tribute band playing all of the nostalgic songs of a Kurt Cobain-led, Seattle grunge outfit, including “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” “Come as You Are” and “All Apologies.”
  • 6-6:35 p.m. — Ramona + The Riot, an internationally award-winning soul powerhouse band that’s based in St. Augustine and fuses hip hop, R&B and fluid improv jazz.
  • 6:50-7:40 p.m. ~ Spin Doctors, an American alternative rock band best known for their early 1990s hits "Two Princes" and "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong.”
  • 8:20-9:05 p.m. — Vanilla Ice, a Grammy-nominated performer who exploded on the Rap/Pop music scene in the 1990s with hits like “Ice Ice Baby” and a cover of “Play That Funky Music.”

“Over the past few years, we’ve listened to our attendees about how to make this an even better event,” says Jeanetta Cebollero, owner of Ancient City Entertainment and the organizer of the festival. “This year, we’ll have $5 beers and an extremely limited VIP experience with only 250 tickets sold. Each year gets better and better and I can’t wait to see how this festival continues to grow.”

The third annual AS IF! The 90’s Fest features a full-day concert lineup with national acts, local and regional musicians, vendors, food trucks, a 32-foot water slide, “fly” photo booth and more. Proceeds benefit ACE Alliance, a 501c3 nonprofit designated to assist locals who dedicate their craft and livelihood to the culture of tourism, entertainment and hospitality throughout Northeast Florida.

Attendees will also have the chance to attend exclusive events, including the AS IF! 90’s Fest afterparty, as well as celebrity meet-and-greets.

General admission tickets are $30 from now until the event, and $40 the day-of. Tickets for children ages 3-10 are $15. Children age 2 and younger will be admitted free. VIP tickets are $200 each and include an air-conditioned tent, open bar with $5 “Signature Swag Drinks” with souvenir packaging, giveaways and prizes.
