With tickets to A Christmas Carol, you'll be transported from your seat at Players by the Sea in Jacksonville Beach to a foggy London day, experiencing pure holiday magic.
The family-friendly, timeless classic, written by Charlies Dickens and adapted by Romulus Linney, will be performed on the theater’s main stage from Dec. 6-22. General admission is $28, senior and military is $25 and Thursday nights are student nights, with tickets $14 at the door with valid student identification.
Tickets are selling fast for the adaptation of the story of Ebenezer Scrooge's journey from an embittered, ungenerous creature into a giving, caring human being at the hands of three spirits, who, one Christmas Eve, show him the true meaning of life. The richly textured play brings the full spirit of the book, as well as those of Christmases Past, Present and Future, to life on the stage.
