Bird cages, brooches, vintage clothing and furniture are just a few of the items that will be available at the grand opening celebration of Antiques & More Consignment Saturday.
To be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Jacksonville Beach antique mall located at 11270 Beach Blvd., the daylong event will feature 16 food trucks and 100 door prizes donated by the mall’s 20-plus vendors.
“We have something for everyone,” owner Bobbie Eunice said. “We have everything from antiques from the late 1800s through today.”
The 10,000 square-foot store also features merchandise for sale and on consignment in a wide range of prices. In addition to affordable treasures, Eunice said, the store currently has on consignment a set of four portraits by celebrated artist Ann Manry Kenyon, whose portraits range from $13,000 up to $50,000.
Another special feature of the store is its “wedding room,” Eunice noted. “We have an entire area filled with wedding merchandise, including wedding dresses from the 1930s to the present, flower girl dresses – we even have hand-made silk bouquets with rhinestone brooches attached.”
