To be held from 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays from April 25-May 30, the interactive sessions will offer practical resources and restorative strategies for addressing hormone balance, fat loss and fitness. Each week participants will set goals and take action to improve their health and well-being while providing support and accountability for one another.
