Coastal Wine Market and Tasting Room owner Steve Lourie served brunch to patrons April 15, as the shop debuted its new Saturday brunch service. To be offered from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, the brunch service includes such offerings as croque monsieur on fresh homemade bread with prosciutto di parma and Karst Cave aged cheddar; lobster scramble with hash brown casserole and cherrywood smoked bacon; vanilla yogurt and granola parfait with seasonal fresh berries; and lemon ricotta pancakes with Vermont maple syrup and Grand Marnier whipped cream. Homemade sangria and mimosas are also available as part of the breakfast service.
