St. Augustine Celtic Music & Heritage Festival
Break out your kilts and get ready for some highland games, live music and a whole lot of Celtic pride: The St. Augustine Celtic Festival returns St. Augustine March 11-13.
Kickoff events include a whisky tasting and performance by Dublin’s Irish Tenors and The Celtic Ladies on Friday, March 11. Tickets are sold separately from the Celtic Festival passes.
The whiskey tasting takes place on Friday, March 11 at 7 p.m. at Francis Field, 25 W. Castillo Dr., St. Augustine. Tickets are $45. Seating is limited. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit www.celticstaugustine.com/whiskey-tasting.
Dublin’s Irish Tenors and The Celtic Ladies will perform one-night only in downtown St. Augustine. This headlining concert for the St. Augustine Celtic Music & Heritage Festival will take place at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 11 in Memorial Presbyterian Church, 32 Sevilla St., downtown St. Augustine.

The St. Augustine St. Patrick’s Day Parade
The St. Augustine St. Patrick’s Day Parade is Saturday, March 12 beginning at 10 a.m. The parade follows a route throughout downtown and ends at Francis Field just as the Celtic Music & Heritage Festival begins. For more information, visit www.celticstaugustine.com/st-patricks-day-parade.
The festival includes highland games, Celtic and local food offerings, Celtic merchandise, children’s entertainment and live music by Celtic performers. The festival takes place on Saturday, March 12 from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Sunday, March 13 from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. at Francis Field, 25 W. Castillo Dr., St. Augustine. St. Johns County Parks and Recreation hosting free Easter Egg Hunts
St. Johns County Parks and Recreation will host free Easter Egg Hunts at multiple park locations at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 24. St. Johns County residents are invited to bring their children up to eight years old to participate at the following parks:
Veterans Park, 1332 Veterans Parkway, St. Johns
Palencia Park, 405 Palencia Village Drive, St. Augustine
Treaty Park, 1595 Wildwood Drive, St. Augustine
Al Wilke Park, 6140 Main St., Hastings
Children must bring a basket for collection. Eggs and treats will be provided. A special appearance by the Easter Bunny will occur prior at 10:30 a.m. and again after the hunt. A Show & Dinner To Go at Arbor Terrace Ponte Vedra
Arbor Terrace Ponte Vedra is screening the Glen Campbell documentary, “Glen Campbell: I’ll Be Me,” about Campbell’s journey through the stages of dementia, Tuesday, March 15 at 4 p.m. Snacks and drinks will be provided during the show. All attendees will receive a complimentary “take and bake” pizza to go after the showing.
