Skinner Bros. Realty, in partnership with The PARC Group, recently announced that Clean Juice, First Watch and Sherwin-Williams are opening in the Nocatee Town Center in Summer 2020.
According to a press release on the Nocatee website, the businesses will join GreenWise Market in a new shopping center located east of Crosswater Parkway and south of Nocatee Parkway. Construction is scheduled to begin in the coming months.
The arrival of First Watch marks the first exclusive breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant in Nocatee. First Watch offers traditional favorites such as omelets, pancakes, sandwiches and salads, as well as unique specialty items such as Quinoa Power Bowls, Avocado Toast and the Chickichanga.
Locally owned and operated by Nocatee residents, Clean Juice is the first and only USDA-certified organic juice bar franchise. Rooted in “healthy body and a strong spirit” (3 John 1-2) scripture, Clean Juice offers organic açaí bowls, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, bites and other healthy food to on-the-go families.
“We are excited for these unique additions to our vibrant community,” said Michael O’Steen, director of planning and development at The PARC Group, Nocatee’s master developer. “We remain committed to meeting the lifestyle needs of our residents and our growing community. The success of Nocatee is making it very attractive to popular local and national retailers.”
According to the press release, the new shopping center will be comprised of two buildings, totaling 40,000 square feet of grocery, dining and retail spaces, with additional tenants to be announced in the near future. Along with golf-cart parking, there will be walkable waterfront space.
“Our strategy has been to fill the voids in the market," said Riley Skinner, vice president of Skinner Bros Realty. "We are excited to bring these new retailers and restaurants to the community. We continue to receive strong interest in the Nocatee Town Center and look forward to announcing more retailers in the near future.”
