To the editor:
We don't get white Christmases in Florida, but each December Beaches-area residents do get more and more generous. 2021 was no exception. In an eighth year of holiday gift wrapping, National Multiple Sclerosis Society volunteers greeted more shoppers, wrapped more gifts, collected a record donation amount and created awareness that far exceeded any previous year. 179 volunteer hours were invested during the month in south Jacksonville Beach, where local residents and repeat customers have come to expect and rely on MS gift wrappers to complete their holiday experience. Keep up the support and generosity and one day we actually will have a world free of MS.
