Markland, a newly developed Hines community located in St. Augustine, held a VIP grand opening event June 23 with food, live music and a tour of the new Hines community.
All six of Markland’s homebuilders – including Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Cottage Home Company, Dream Finders Homes, Drees Homes, Providence Homes and Riverside Homes – have completed their model homes and are now open daily.
Located just east of the I-95 interchange off of International Golf Parkway, the Markland community is highlighted by its Greek Revival Markland Manor House, scheduled to open in August. Situated on a knoll at the north end of the lake, the Manor House overlooks the pool and tennis grounds. The zero-entry, resort-style pool features cabanas and lounge areas. An event lawn for evening concerts and fire pit will provide areas for residents to gather.
The amenity center will feature a fitness center and yoga studio on the second level and community gathering rooms on the ground floor.
Several of the lakefront lots have already been selected; lakefront lots are reserved for three locally-owned, custom builders: Arthur Rutenberg, Cottage Homes and Riverside Homes along the lakefront are offered starting in the $500,000 range. Other sections of Markland will start pricing in the low $300,000 range.
