The Monique Burr Foundation will celebrate its 20th anniversary May 16, when the nonprofit organization holds its annual “A Night at Roy’s” benefit.

Held at Roy’s Restaurant in Jacksonville Beach, the annual fundraiser features the Hawaiian-influenced cuisine of renowned Chef Roy Yamaguchi. Guests will also enjoy fine wines, tropical refreshments, live music and both live and silent auctions.

Proceeds from the event will support the child abuse prevention programs of the Monique Burr Foundation. Founded in 1997 by Edward Burr in honor of his late wife, Monique, the foundation aims to provide students, teachers, parents and professionals with resources and strategies to address bullying, cyberbullying, child abuse, child exploitation, digital abuse and other dangers.

Tickets for “A Night at Roy’s” are $100 per person; sponsorship opportunities are also available. For tickets or more information, visit www.ANightatRoys.com. For sponsorship information, contact Tammy Long at (904) 562-1849 or tlong@moniqueburrfoundation.org.
