Doves will be released on Mother’s Day as part of an Alternatives to Violence workshop, to be held 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 11, at Shine Massage & Spa, 353 6th Avenue South Jacksonville Beach.
This workshop will explore alternatives to violence. Participants will learn skills and techniques to manage conflict peacefully and effectively.
This in-person event provides a safe and supportive environment for participants to discuss and practice nonviolent communication. Whether you’re dealing with personal relationships, workplace conflicts or community issues, this workshop will equip you with the tools you need to navigate challenging situations with grace and empathy.
