The Nease girls basketball team beat Gainesville 71-45 in the Region 1-7A semifinals on Tuesday, Feb. 20, for its 14th consecutive victory. The Panthers then lost 47-42 to Fort Walton Beach-based Choctawatchee in the regional final on Friday, Feb. 23 to finish the season 26-4.
