Del Webb, the builder of active adult communities for those ages 55 and older, has announced it has closed on 188 acres in Nocatee for phase one of Del Webb Nocatee, which is expected to release for sale this summer with prices starting in the mid-$200s.
As stated in a press release from the company, Del Webb Nocatee will continue the “current success of Del Webb Ponte Vedra.” According to the release, Del Webb Ponte Vedra is nearing closeout for its single-family homes and condominiums with prices starting from the low $200s.
Del Webb Nocatee will offer 854 homesites and include a seven-acre, resort-style amenity center with pools, tennis, pickleball, fitness and a 20,000-square foot clubhouse with numerous social activity spaces. According to Nocatee.com, the community will offer nine floorplans that range from 1,488 square feet to 3,700 square feet. Several homesites offer views of natural preserves in a quiet setting. The exact location of Del Webb Nocatee is to be determined.
Dell Webb also announced its plans to build a community within the eTown master-planned community along State Road 9B near I-295 and the St. Johns Town Center. According to the release, the first 88 acres of Del Webb eTown are currently under development. The community will offer 346 homesites and include over 5 acres of resort-style amenities, fitness paths and pocket parks. Del Webb eTown is also expected to release for sale this summer with prices starting in the mid-$200s.
“Each community will provide residents a unique lifestyle of social and recreational offerings in addition to floor plans designed specifically with the active adult buyer in mind,” said Clint Ball, North Florida division president for PulteGroup, which encompasses Del Webb.
According to the press release, each community will be among the first in the country to launch the new lineup of villa and single-family floorplans offered by Del Webb. Join a VIP interest list by visiting DelWebb.com/eTown or DelWebb.com/Nocatee for more information as it is released.
