Nocatee held a grand opening event for The Outlook at Twenty Mile Dec. 10, marking the opening of the newest neighborhood in the fast-growing master-planned community.

Visitors had an opportunity to tour five model homes from the neighborhood’s builders, which include CalAtlantic, David Weekley, ICI and Providence Homes. In addition to taking tours of the model homes, guests enjoyed lunch from a number of food trucks, a Gather2Game truck and other family-friendly activities.

With homes starting in the mid $300s, The Outlook at Twenty Mile features a variety of home styles and sizes. The David Weekley Zespedes model, for example, offers more than 3,500 square feet, four to seven bedrooms, four to six full baths, a half bath and a three or four-car garage. ICI Homes’ Brooke model, meanwhile, offers 3,608 square feet, five bedrooms, three full baths, one half bath and a three-car garage. Both the Zespedes and Brooke are among The Outlook’s model homes available for touring.

The Outlook is the newest neighborhood to join Nocatee’s Twenty Mile community. Located near the Intracoastal Waterway, the neighborhood’s homes will feature water or preserve views and follow the rustic “Old Florida” style of other Twenty Mile neighborhoods.
