Nocatee will celebrate the opening of The Settlement at Twenty Mile on Saturday, Aug. 25.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., builders from ICI Homes and Toll Brothers will be on site to assist and share updates on newly available home designs. Event activities and attractions will include builder-guided tours of designer-decorated model homes, food trucks and builder giveaways. The event is free and open to all interested in the new neighborhood.
The Settlement at Twenty Mile features one- and two-story single-family homes ranging from 2,100 to 2,900 square feet of living space. ICI Homes and Toll Brothers will offer new homes starting in the mid $300s.
