On Sept. 19, Ocean Palms Elementary opened its doors to students and their families for what started as a traditional open house event; however, there was an exciting twist!
An acrobatic show from Orlando’s WeFlip Entertainment, Acrobatic Science, awaited the students and their families — speed equals motion, equals flips! From human levers to high-climbing feats, this adrenaline-filled show awed OPE’s otter audience.
Brought to the school by the PTO and event sponsor Ponte Vedra Pediatric Dentistry, the families visited classrooms, took in the show, shopped the book fair and enjoyed the concession stand and Tikiz. It was a memorable night of twists, turns and community.
