OPES celebrates book characters at Literacy Parade

Ocean Palms Elementary School students and faculty showed off their book character costumes on Friday, Oct. 26, during their annual Literacy Parade.

The event concludes OPES’ Red Ribbon Week celebrations. Unopened Halloween candy will be collected from Nov. 1-5 for Mayport USO troops.
