Ponte Vedra High School has named Joe Conroy interim head coach for the football team, according to the team’s Twitter page.
Conroy was the offensive coordinator at Ponte Vedra.
The Sharks are looking to replace Matt Toblin, who left PVHS after five seasons to take over the head coaching job at Bolles.
PVHS Athletic Director Eric Frank said earlier this week the school is not in a rush to fill the position and just wants to make sure they have the right person in place to continue Toblin’s success and to elevate the program even further.
