The team at Marsh Creek Home Sales recently donated funds to SAFE Pet Rescue Inc. for a three-month supply of flea control or a six-month supply of heartworm prevention medicine for dogs or cats for an upcoming adoption campaign.

Marsh Creek Home Sales is a specialty sales team launched recently by local real estate broker associate Peggy Gachet. It is a part of Watson Realty Corp.

The medication donation and pet adoption campaign will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 14 at 6101 A1A South in St. Augustine and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 15 at 1250 County Road A1A in St. Augustine.

All adoptable pets are spayed, neutered and vaccinated. Cats are negative for feline leukemia virus and dogs are heartworm-tested.

Gachet and her team of real estate professionals specialize in working with buyers and sellers in a wide variety of residential properties at Marsh Creek Country Club.

Gachet has fostered and adopted pets from SAFE for many years and is working with the nonprofit to encourage responsible pet ownership.

SAFE was founded by Robin Kantner Nordan in 2008 to save adoptable dogs and cats from euthanasia in Northeast Florida. For more information, go to www.safe-pet-rescue-fl.com.
