Shearwater, a master-planned residential community off County Road 210 in St. Augustine, is inviting First Coast residents to attend the official grand opening of the community’s newest neighborhood, The Falls.
To be held Saturday, Aug. 25 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the free event will allow attendees to tour Shearwater’s next community phase and its new amenities, as well as model homes by D.S. Ware Homes, Drees Homes, David Weekley Homes, Lennar Homes, Richmond American Homes, MasterCraft Builder Group and Dream Finders Homes, which will be showcasing their new model. The Falls features nature trails, a four-acre activity park and Shearwater’s first community garden and dog parks.
Activities at the grand opening event will also include free hot air balloon rides (time and weather permitting), a frisbee dog show performance, farmers market, live music, rock wall, free giveaways, face painting, a juggler and stilt walker and more.
