Jenny Meide, Michael Hannon, Wendy Patton, Amanda Creech, Cyndi King and Hana Hunter are bringing their talents and expertise to the real estate group.
■ Meide has lived and worked in Northeast Florida for more than 30 years, with 15 of those primarily in the Beaches and Ponte Vedra area. During this time, Jenny got her real estate license and has worked closely with Oakwood Building Group, a local custom home building company. Currently, Meide is a fitness instructor at Fit With HIIT in Ponte Vedra Beach and is on the tennis team at Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. She and her husband Marcus have two children, Avery and Brady. ■ Hannon joins Florida Network Realty with more than 35 years of real estate experience, both as a realtor and as a managing broker. His career began in Jacksonville, and has taken him to Ponte Vedra Beach, Atlanta, Naples, Northern Virginia, Aspen, Salt Lake City and back to Ponte Vedra. Hannon is a former president of the Beaches Youth Soccer Association and the president of PVPV Elementary PTO. In her previous job with the United States Tennis Association, Creech had the opportunity to work closely with more than 30 country clubs in Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, and Clay counties. Along with her move to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, Creech is focusing on her new brand, “Closing Deals in Heels.” She hopes to use social media and direct marketing efforts to grow her business with the young professional women demographic. Creech plans to mix real estate with fashion to develop a fun and informative blog that will keep women up-to-date on the local real estate market and the latest fashion trends.
