Spring Family Night at Ocean Palms Elementary was a big success on Thursday, March 5.
Kids enjoyed a chicken dinner as they played Dr. Seuss-themed games. They enjoyed having their faces painted.
And Principal Tiffany Cantwell and other brave faculty members raised money for the playground by dodging water balloons.
The school’s new playground is slated to be constructed this summer, with an “Otterpalooza” fundraiser planned for April 4 at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. That event, which will be open to the public, will feature live music, a silent auction, food tastings and lots of fun.
