The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Box Office reopened with limited hours to assist patrons with refunds for postponed, rescheduled or canceled events due to the COVID-19 health crisis.

While the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall will remain closed, concertgoers also will be able to get refunds for their shows at the Amphitheatre.

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Box Office will open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays with the health and safety of patrons and employees at the forefront. Proper social distancing practices will be implemented and personal protection equipment, such as face covering masks and gloves, are encouraged during interactions with the Box Office.

Patrons are advised to please follow the standard guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Patrons who purchased tickets at either the Amphitheatre or Concert Hall Box Office locations and would like a refund for a postponed, rescheduled or canceled event may do so during these hours.

To ensure a quick and easy process, patrons should have tickets in hand, along with proof of purchase and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Per standard policy, cash reimbursements will be in the form of a check and can take up to four weeks to process. New ticket purchases for future shows at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre or Ponte Vedra Concert Hall will also be available. In addition, refunds are available at the original point of purchase. Patrons who purchased tickets online via Ticketmaster should follow Ticketmaster’s COVID-19 Refund Guidelines available through their website. The Amphitheatre isn’t able to provide refunds to those who purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster at the Box Office.
