The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach will open its gates to the general public for a community open house to be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 23.
A variety of homes will be participating in the event, with prices ranging from the high $400s to more than $1 million. Visitors also will be able to see The Plantation’s newly renovated golf course – part of the community’s recent $7 million facilities improvement plan.
Visitors are invited to check in at The Plantation House clubhouse for home listings, maps, refreshments and amenity tours. Guests may then make their way through the community to view the participating homes or take a short drive to The Plantation’s oceanfront private beach club.
