The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach will open its gates to the general public from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18 for its Fall Community Open House.
Participating in the event will be a variety of homes ranging from $485,000 to $1,950,000.
Visitors are invited to check in at The Plantation House clubhouse for home listings, maps, refreshments and amenity tours. In addition to touring the participating homes, guests may also view The Plantation’s new golf course – part of the community’s yearlong, $7 million facilities improvement plan that also included updating the Beach Club and a new amenities park. Rob Schlingmann, general manager and COO of The Plantation, said the golf course will reopen for member use in October.
“The golf course will be fully grown in and absolutely beautiful,” he said. “We encourage those interested to stop by and see the course.”
Other Plantation amenities include a tennis facility, fitness center and a clubhouse with dining and social activities for all ages.
