Underwood’s Jewelers held a John Hardy trunk show Nov. 17 with 10 percent of the event’s proceeds benefiting the Pink Ribbon Golf Classic.
In addition to the trunk show, the event featured a cocktail party and check presentation of $200,000 from the Pink Ribbon Golf Classic and its sponsors to Baptist Medical Center Beaches and Mayo Clinic Jacksonville.
A volunteer, non-profit event, the Pink Ribbon Golf Classic raises funds for local breast cancer research and related services at Baptist Medical Center Beaches and Mayo Clinic-Jacksonville. This year, the organization is supporting Dr. Sarah McLaughlin’s lymphedema research at the Mayo Clinic and helping Baptist Medical Center Beaches purchase new, state-of-the-art equipment that provides three-dimensional imaging technology.
