Swing away and support the COA
The Council on Aging has the perfect way to support services for the over 4,000 St. Johns County residents currently dealing with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. And it’s easy as one…two….swing!
This Captain’s Choice Event will be played on April 1st at 1:30 pm at the St. Johns Golf and Country Club, 205 St. Johns Golf Drive in St. Augustine, FL. Tickets are $100 per golfer or $380 for a team of four. Or just come on over for the BBQ! The Buffet only is $22 per person.
All proceeds will benefit COA’s Sunshine Center Adult Day Care, COA Integrative Memory Enhancement Program (IMEP) and all other COA memory services.
The Sunshine Center offers supervised care for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients and their families, and the IMEP Program addresses the growing need for professional and compassionate early intervention care for those just beginning to experience memory issues.
Other services include community caregiving and caregiver support.
For more information on the tournament or sponsorship opportunities, call Linda Trevlyn at (904) 209-3684 and visit www.coasjc.com.
